Project Description : The project of consisted of two parts. Part I included 33 reinforced conrete residential blocks of 8 storey each composed of 504 apartments. Electromechanical works, infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping, utilities, in-site roads and lighting were included on the total area of 48,000 m2.

Part II included the construction of 10 reinforced concrete resdiential blocks of 10 story each composed of 410 apartments. Electromechanical works, infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping utilities, in-site roads and lighting were included.
