The positive performance of Turkey, which has taken the front lines as the country exhibiting the best post-crisis development trend among OECD countries, and the strong growth of the Turkish economy have also provided a strong basis to maintain the construction sector. The key factor in the exceptional upward trend experienced in the construction sector that has gained momentum in the past 10 years, is the existence of long-standing and robust companies. We are happy that Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş. is one of them. Also another source of pride for us is the fact that Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş. is the first Turkish construction company that is listed in Istanbul Stock Exchange, following its becoming public in 1993.

As a long-standing and a robust construction company, we established our vision as “to become a pioneer, which would be widely acclaimed and has the power to influence the sector’s national and international operational fields in all their political, economic, social, technological, legal and corporate aspects, seeking common benefit, and setting an example to the other companies in the sector”. Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş., which was established in 1979, has a 34-years-long history full of many significant achievements, many significant projects through the efforts of its valuable team.

When we take a look at the work accomplished by Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş. ever since its establishment we can see that our company signed its first contract for the chemical storage units located in Sea Water Desalination Plants, which spread over an area larger than five soccer fields in city of Jubail in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company later received a special award for the farm houses it has constructed in Libya in 1981. Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş., which is distinguished by projects on both national and international platforms, has developed the operations of the firm in various technological fields, through projects undertaken in Turkey and in neighboring countries.

Among the ongoing projects of Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş., whose 34 years of experience finds its reflection in all projects undertakes, the construction of the 3rd Phase of Innovia Project, which is one of the biggest lifestyle projects realized by the private sector in Turkey, has a very special place. Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş., subsidiary of Yeşil İnşaat completed construction of the 3rd phase of Innovia (which consists of 14 thousand houses in total), corresponding to 3.300 houses in Esenyurt-Beylikdüzü location, combines its experience with cutting edge technology to yield a flawless result. Following these 34 years we have no intention to stop and we are always striving to achieve the newer and the superior. We carry out studies to constantly measure and improve the quality of service we offer, using the modern business and management approaches, in line with our targets. We attach great importance to research and planning, to boost our company’s economic power, use financial and human resources in the most efficient and effective way, be more effective in the ever-changing business world, and be ready for the future.
